Worst Service from VOX Telecom regarding connectivity fault.

Good day, I have been in contact with Vox Technical Support with no luck of getting my problem resolved. The problem has been up since 01 January 2022, where the Wi-Fi is up but no internet access. We have been spending money on data and voice calls contacting Technical Support, which their technical experience is limited, when asking some questions their response displays lack of technical expertise. I am also a Telecoms engineer by profession was disappointed when I contacted them having done checkups on the hardware part. I have spent more than R500 on data purchase since the fault occurred. Can VOX Telecom improve their service, otherwise I would advise people not to sign up with them currently. My reference number is VOX***7.
