WORST SERVICE FROM VOX
I wish i could give no stars at all.
I am so tired of VOX and there horrible service. I have a closed account with them as i had requests previously and stopped them. Since Monday (29/04/2024) i have been trying to activate 2 Vox Vobi numbers. The website gave an error so i called them and they said they will update and give feedback with in 24 hours. Tuesday i access whatsapp and request the same thing again sending my details and all documents they asked for. 20 min later the request is closed and marked as resolved on whatsapp. Still nothing. I leave them on Wednesday. Today 02/05/2024 i call in and ask for the same thing again. Firstly being transferred in and between Sales and account for just over 2 hours with no help what so ever. The last sales agent i spoke to just dropped the call on me.
Now im sitting after spending over 180 min worth of airtime with no assistance.
If this is how they do business then i really hope they close down because its just bull****
