Worst Service Experience ld

I've taken the step to get fibre for our house. Biggest mistake in my life to have used Vox. Poor service, incorrect information given.

I canceled by them and moved to another provider, better service.

Now they dont want to send the cancelation letter so that we can change provider. Its a constant battle up and down. Really pathetic.
