Worst service every

Extremely disappointed with the service. The representatives were not only unhelpful but clearly lacked the competence to resolve even basic issues. After wasting my time with back-and-forth explanations, they abruptly dropped the call without any resolution. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with a customer support team. Completely unacceptable.
