Worst service ever (Or maybe I should state NO service!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst service ever.... Or maybe I should say NO service and then get billed and handed over?????

Installation could not be done. I then cancelled the Contract as the could not assist me with fibre.

Then I get billed for a UPS I could not use because they could not do the installation???

UPS was collected sealed, but I must pay.....?????

Calling the number provided is also a joke, as no one ever answers to assist.
