Worst Service EVER!
WORST Service EVER! Do not use Vox Telecom, you will regret your decision from day one. Customer service non existent - we have been strugging with VOX and OPEN SERVE since the 13th of July to get fibre line installed and activated. We still do not have any WIFI - calling every day - emailing, useless and pointless. Ask to speak to a manager - my word, they have no idea what is going on. They do not call you back or update you on the matter, waste of airtime with no success. I wish I could give zero stars!! I can only give future potential customers a heads up to not use VOX or OPEN Serve.
