WORST SERVICE EVER!
Do not use Vox Telecom, worst service ever in my life!!! You contact them and hang on between 15-20 min before getting somebody to help with your query. They do not get back to you!, I am still awaiting no 2 month for them to solve my two problems. Also awaiting a credit and that I am awaiting also 2 months, my LTE speed is a joke so they do false advertising and now after a month it is still not sorted out! DO NOT USE Vox Telecom ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is a specific signal problem in the area , and the fault has been escalated to Telkom, However we also did send a quote for MTN services.
Your Account Manager will remain in contact with you until resolution has been confirmed.
