Worst service ever

Worst service /ISP ever. I have a a reasonably size FTTB link with them. Been having speed issues and ranfom drops from day 1 of install. Firstly they took 1 year for install to happen after in was told 4 to 6 months.

I log tickets then tickets get closed with no feedback. Site meetings gets arranged then no one rocks up.

17 days that they are investigating packet loss on a fibre link feom ont to pop and no resolution yet.

I have asked numerous times for upper management to contact me but still nothing. After i requested tonight that either the CEO or MD phones me i was told that they will first have a meeting with him in the morning and and discuss the issue at hand, this tells me that VOX has something to hide as they dont want me to talk directly to thr CEO.
