Worst service ever!!!

Hi. I app**** to have a Fibre Line installed with Vox Telecoms, as I have heard a lot of positive reviews from this company. The application process was actually quick and I received an email (about two weeks ago) that everything is approved and that Vumatel will contact me within 2 working days, to arrange an appointment for installation. A week passed and I followed up with Vumatel, as to what the status is and was advised that they will follow up. No response from them and yesterday I decided to call again to find out as to what is happening. The gentleman that answered the phone was very polite and stated that he will quickly follow up as to what is happening. Proceeded to put me on hold and then transferred me back into the q. Got through to another agent and had to explain the whole process again and was advised that there is no sales staff at that time and that I can only be assisted in the morning. Realised as to why I was transferred back into the q as the polite gentleman just wanted to head home and thought, ***** this guy. No accountability and no feedback from this company. Would not recommend this company at all.
