Worst service and poor network!

This place does not know anything about good service! You can't get through to anyone. I have been having issues with my network for months!!!! I have sent numerous emails. Everything they close my query without contacting me as requested!!! I asked I want to cancel my service no one gets back to me! Asked for more information on closing my network with them yet again no feedback just close my query! And then you want to push up your prices 🤣 I am sure they won't even bother sorting this problem out either they do not care about their customers even when you get through the people don't even know how to do their work... Pathetic!
