Worst service and even worse aftersales from VOX

Probably the worst service ever from a telco provider. Their service is poor and yet no protection for the customer from this - if you choose to cancel they hit you with a R1725 cancellation fee. I'm cancelling within the first month --> Q***. Continually promise to resolve or escalate but nothing happens and you continue getting billed.
