Worst service and connection

Vox services has been getting absurdly disappointing. The amount of connection issues is ridiculous. At first you have no connection issues when you join up and a new customer then it became they upgrading and my connection gets worse than when I was on a lower package. Then when I complain they say they changed from manual to auto and just made excuses. Each time I complain the internet connection improves for a few days and then gets worse. Its embarrassing that I get disconnected several times when I am on business skype calls. I would not recommend them to anyone rather do your research and find out better service providers that would give you consistent support. In the past when you complained they would contact you and try to fix and now nothing. I really don't know why I am still with them. I definitely will be looking at together service providers for sure. Totally appalled at their service
