Worst Service Across the Board

I have received the worst service I have ever come across from Vox, specifically from Ronny Mo***eng. They were supposed to do my installation on 31 March only for their technician to tell me that they can't do the installation because there was a missing ONT box. I have called, WhatsApped and Emailed them several times and to this day I still don't have fiber. Even when I request that my order be cancelled, nobody has gotten back to me. I definitely would not recommend their services to anyone.
