Worst service
Worst service ever. They clearly don't know what they are doing when it comes to billing!!!! Invoice not corresponding with debit order. When you phone them they have a lame answer. I will not recommend them to any one!!! worst provider ever.

The first Invoice for your Service is issued upon activation and is payable with the invoice billed in advance for the next month.
Therefor, your billing will be for a pro-rated period, together with the full coming month in advance billing to give you your billed amount as per invoice sent.
