Worst sales and accounting department ever

This is the second month I'm waiting for this people to upgrade my data I pay the money but no feedback nothing the are becoming the fastest *** network service provider in the history of man kind. A Mr Naidoo well spoken guy's is the worst sales person a person can get for a business. And not to mention the accounts department you call them then there kids is all over the show in the back ground. How are you running a business steeling from a person. All I asked was to do an upgrade and this stupid people can't even do that

I'll be waiting for a response from them not via email but a call I want I'm tired of calling this idiots then the one ****er puts me true to the next department for an hour long
