Worst provider ever
Worst provider ever, no communication, poor customer service, will never recommend VOX. Doesn't answer any emails but quick to send, I chose another provider and asked to be refunded, still no answer or refund. Stay far away

06 Sept 2025, 10:07I was phoned and told the refund will be done yesterday, still nothing and to top it off still getting the same irritating emails that there a hold on my order because of outstanding documents.....really, I uploaded everything, communicated via whatsapp and email as well as your online portal, omw NO RESPONSE FRIM YOU, except for the outstanding documents emails. Really poor service and communication! Just give my money back please
