Worst non-existent service ever

Words can't even describe the lack of service you receive from VOX. I should have gone with my gut and never signed with them. Mails to their support system just never get attended to, and when you query them using the same reference numbers, nothing happens. Thank God I have Rain as a backup for my business. My business has been offline now for a week. Not a peep from VOX, not a phone call, not even an apology. If my business worked like this, I would be out of business very quickly. I hope their senior management pays attention to these hellopeter complaints.
