Worst ISP in the universe.

I hope hello Peter can have customers rate a company in negative starts.

Wow. What utterly bad, nonsense, pathetic and flotsam ISP Vox is!!!!! Please people do not ignore all the bad reviews when doing research for an ISP, WOW!!! I have a 400 download and 200 upload fibre line, and I cannot even open my banking app on my phone the internet is useless, Vox provides internet from the Stone Age and don’t get me started with non existent customer service… oh boy it doesn’t stop their either you call and non of you calls gets answered when you do get through to someone once every leap year your problem doesn’t get resolved or they place you on hold till the next solar eclipse. Damn it’s bad very very bad. I’ve sent email to help even to support but you ticket gets closed but no made contact to help.

My problem still persists till this day and I’ve still not received the assistance I needed.

Please if you reading this review please stay far away from Vox if you want to live a healthy life. Please please please tell you friends and family to run far away when it comes to Vox and giving internet they are bad very very bad at their job.

Why do I need to result to help Peter to get assistance from VOX? I am paying you every month for your service but unfortunately it’s really only been bum cheeks service I’ve been getting.
