Worst ISP in the country, by far!

I have never had such bad service before from any kind of service provider.

I requested a new internet installation for a new address 3 weeks ago, it was supposed to be scheduled for 1 June 2023. After following up over 3 week period, around 7 emails, no response. eventually speak to a lady from Durban branch who spoke a big game but hasnt delivered...

I was blatantly ignored by a specific individual from their team .I find out the actual date they have was the wrong date. They also delivered the router to the wrong address and havent contacted me since (thats been 3 weeks as well)

Even their online platform is terrible and doesnt work, there are so many glitches.

Id rather pay more for my internet and have the service/network vs being treated this way.

I am appalled and would never recommend this company again.
