Worst ISP in the business

After weeks of waiting for an installation I was told the issue is with Vumatel when I contacted vumatel I was told that the ticket was never created or even sent to them I was told to contact Vox for VR or VC reference number so they could continue with the application on thier end. When I called Vox back to confront them about the lie , I was then told that they would contact me within the hour to give me an update , after calling back again I was told I would be updated the same day once again no update and it has been several days and not a word from the lady named Nadine. I've spent several hours on calls back and forth and still no one can tell me when the Internet will be installed. we've already been sent a invoice but still no one can tell me when the installation will be conducted.

If this issue is not resolved soon my son and my daughter will be canceling their existing vox accounts as their renewal will be coming up in the new year.

Vox telecom should resolve their clients issues and stop blaming other companies for their failures or trying to get Hello Peter reviews removed.
