WORST ISP IN SOUTH AFRICA
The WORST ISP out there by a very long short STAY FAR AWAY.
Firstly they provide ****ty support as I have logged several call in the beginning and that could not be resolved, I asked for a better router because they offer the worst mikrotik router with the worst range it cant even cover a 75sqm apartment it just does not reach and of course in typical vox fashion that is a no they don't have any other routers competing with what is out there in the market which a WiFi 6.
Second round now I am moving usint in the same complex and they traight up tell me I have to cancel that can not move my line to another unit instead they want me to reapply and here is the cherry on top since I am cancelling (their forced option) I have to pay over R1000 since I have had the line under 12 months by the way I think I am on 9 month now...Please tell me who in their right mind who want to reapply after being forced to pay a cancellation fee? Why on earth would I want a service provider again to trap me when they can not simply move my account and I continue paying for this **** service? I am in IT management and from my business and personal capacity I have never seen such incompetence in my life I would not let my loves one's touch any of their products with a 10 foot pole. VOX you are disgusting in your service in every way and trust me I will log this with the ombudsman and take this up as far as possible and you have messed with the wrong one ask RAIN they will tell you. Thank you for nothing.

As per the Subscriber Agreement, Vox waivers the Set Up and Configuration/ Installation Fees upon signup on the condition that the Service remains active for a minimum period of 12 months.
The element of the Service that is comprised of the provision of the Circuit is provided to the specific address set out in the Subscriber Agreement with a Circuit leased by Vox from a network operator. Accordingly, the provision of the Circuit is not transferrable to another premises.
Notwithstanding that the cancellation is necessitated by relocation, Vox needs to recover such costs associated with such cancellation.
