Worst ISP in South Africa

This is the worst ISP ever….do not use them !!!!

I have been overcharged by this isp and after two weeks of waiting for call backs,the sales manager finally got in touch Pieter Samuel and could not be bothered to even refund me for those months which I was clearly erroneously overcharged even though I pay up front for months at a time …..over and above that.

I asked to be downgraded on the last day of the month in June last month and because they processed it slowly “10 days” in his words they can take up to “30 days” to downgrade they expect me to pay the pro-rata ???♂️…. Of an old package which costs more. “Blatant tyranny”

Vox staff is arrogant and their service is a toss up between pathetic/*****ic.

Let alone the fact that I got four other accounts to sign up and and didn’t even get the R50 credit they promise.

Please avoid this ISP!!!!!
