Worst ISP in Africa
Its the second time in two weeks that i am struggling with vox. I have been speaking to several consultants that have transferred me to the credit department without anyone answering the phone. My account has been suspended although it has been paid. Apparently no one knows how to unsuspend it.
Vox has become the worst ISP in South Africa and i will not recommend Vox to my worst enemy nor my best friend. As i have learned from my past experience the only way to get assistance is by complaining on hellopeter.
My suggestion is pull up your socks or come and collect your rooter so i can find a ISP that are willing to work and that actually answer their phones.
