Worst ISP in Africa

Vox has made my work life a nightmare. They have no idea what they are doing and their staff are incapable of helping clients. I have been leaving messages for my accounts manager Pakiso and his manager for two months and when I call they are never there. They still to date have not returned my calls. I had to literally beg a senior Sale Manager today to assist, and I mean actually beg. I have had a number of issues with them and I am now locked in to a contract that to cancel I have to pay in the region or R36 000,00. This is the worst ISP in Africa. You will end up regretting going with them. Their service provider has to tell ma to call Vox to complete my installation of fibre to my business. the line has been installed for over a month and Vox has never once picked up the phone to call me and advise on the next steps.
