Worst ISP ever

This is by far the worst ISP I have ever used. The first reason is that when I moved location due to a new job I was told we can switch accounts to the new owner of my old property which took 4 months to cancel my contract at the old address and alot of problems that I have emails of evidence of in which I explicitly explained which is the old address, which is my new address as well as who the new owners are and guiding them as new customers to Vox more than Vox guided them. I started a new account at the new address given that I need internet at the new address. After that painful process and paying both my old and new account whilst waiting for the old account to switch to the new owners I noticed my internet wasnt working suddenly last week after everything was sorted months ago. I then checked on the app to see if I need to pay my account and noticed that i do only have one account on my name however it is on my old address. In other words Vox messed up the switch over and cancelled my new address on my name and assigned my new address to the owners of my old property. I called the new owners of my old property and they had cancelled their Vox account due to having the worst service. Thus I am sitting with no internet at my new adress and internet is being paid to my old address which is not even in use. Now I call Vox to switch the account and speak with charlie the account manager and he tells me my account at the old address needs to be cancelled and a whole new account created at the new address. I tell him no cancel the service I will find a new ISP and he says someone will call me to solve the problem. Still havent been called and I am still without internet. I cancelled the service on the app and now earliest date of cancellation is June so I have to pay till June to cancel something I am not receiving due to incompetence from Vox? There is no way I am paying Vox a cent further. This is your mistake. Rectify it. I am switching ISP’s immediately. I will take this to court if needs be but will not be fined or billed for something that is not my fault nor is it something I am receiving in return for my money.

Good day. The issue was resolved untill I had to submit my router back to VOX. So because VOX switched the wrong account the router that I had submitted back to avoid the R2000 fine (due to VOX's mistake) I was called and said its the wrong router. So essentially I drove 30mins to return a router for someone else. Now when I was called I was told I have to get in contact with the other party and get the router from that address and then return that router as well? Please sort out this issue with the other party. This is not my mistake and I am most certainly not going to pay for VOX's mistake. My part in all of this is over. If I get flagged by the credit union or anything of sorts I will take this to court if I have to. Please read the first thread of this complaint for more info on VOX's mistake
