WORST ISP EVER!!

This is probably the worst ISP I have ever signed up with. My fibre is more inactive than active. This is the 3 time this month that the LOS light is red on the ONT box. And every time it money out of my pocket to get hold of a Technician after verifying everything is up to date on the Accounts department side. And only after going through multiple "Technicians" that are ***********, will you be help by someone that knows what they're doing. I can't believe how the standards in clients services has dropped dramatically from this company.
