Worst ISP ever
Vox has got to be the worst ISP I have ever dealt with, they don't seem to care after they have got you to take up their contract, I have had no internet since Wednesday 15 November and tried to call so many times no answer, sent an email and it hasn't been answered, I was really on the fence with getting a new ISP but I'm fed up now, as how to you deal with a company that doesn't make it easy for clients to reach them.
