Worst ISP by far

If i could give negative stars i would. Vox's service in the last few months has been the worst. I have been their customer for close to 4 years and never had an issue until recently. The line speed is not as advertised. I'm running at 18mbps on a 100 mb line and when you report it they blame Openserve and vice versa. Openserve came to my house and tested the line with their router and was running at full capacity. Vox eventually said that they will replace the router at an extra cost. The one they provide for free is not capable to run at maximum. I made the best decision to cancel my service and cannot wait for my new ISP to kick in. WIFI very unstable and router keep restarting. They are eager to take your money but what you get in return is quite disappointing. Service is not what it used to be.
