Worst ISP

They have the worst customer service ever and I have been with some bad ISPs, very quick to remind you that or send an invoice for the next month but when you don't receive any service for half of the month they very quick to tell you that its not in their contract to reimburse for no connectivity. It would have been a different story if this was the first problem but this is one of many. DO NOT CHOOSE VOX AS YOUR ISP.
