Worst internet service provider
My account was handed over to the collections team for a product i never received in the first place I kept getting calls from the vox team and when i explained the situation to them they put off the phone. Now apparently i need to pay a cancellation fee for a product i never received and never asked to cancel This is the worst internet provider. Wouldn’t recommend them Please sort out your mess

I keep getting calls from vox to pay my account but they never call for the cancellation fees they put on my account for a product I never received.
Please sort out your mess.
