Worst Internet Provider - Vox
We have had our FTTH off for a week now. When we call Vox, they refer to Frogfoot as the problem. When we call back, all they do is log a ticket and indicate to wait for Frogfoot. Worst service ever received from them. But they want their money every month on the 1st.

That is the same response I got on Fri when I did the initial follow-up. Still nothing was done on Fri (Internet was off the entire weekend). I get generic answers - no one is actually putting pressure on Frogfoot
