WORST INTERNET PROVIDER IN THE WORLD!
I wish i never have to deal with Vox again!! Just suspend my account as they wish! Pay for a full month and get suspended on day 20. Bull****! Always need to pay something! Seems one will never be in the clear with vox. Worst service ever! Service is more down than active. By far the most pathetic internet provider ever!

23 Feb 2022, 12:17 Good day, Hein H Kindly note that we have received confirmation from our Debtors Department that the Collections Manager has been in contact with you regarding this query. Please do note that the Vox billing is done in advance. The Invoice and Statement is sent via email to the nominated contact details on the account on the 23rd of each month. Payment for the Invoices are due on the 1st of each month or on the nominated Debit Order date. Further to the aforementioned, should there be a billing dispute, any other amount which is not in dispute is still payable on the due date thereof. We can confirm that the current account has been discussed and that an agreement has been reached for the resolution of this query.
