Worst Internet Provider

I am appalled by Vox Telecoms, every other day now I have no internet connection. It is now twice a week that I have no connection, I really think you guys are failing your customers and should just let them move over to SPs since you never know what is what, all you know is taking our money and not providing the service... Worst thing ever to join VOX
