Worst ever isp

I am fed up with their standard of service to resolve my long term problems with buffering and loss of connection. When I took the service all were that buffering is not a problem. I even upgraded to a 20gig line to improve this but still it buffers and disconnects. I will be cancelling the service if Vox does not get back to me with a satisfactory solution without additional charges to me.
