Worst ever

The absolute worst service ever. So quick to get you to join and zero after service. We had vox via frogfoot installed. Nobody checked after installation if we have internet in the rooms or anything. Vix neither came to check our connection. Now we pay when we have barely any signal in the rest of the house. I have called multiple times even recorded the calls. As soon as i ask for a manger i wait ages and the call ends. How can you pay when nobody makes sure you have the signal and strength you pay for. Feel like ripping it out. Unbelievable.
