Worst Customer Support

Vox has the worst customer support. To get a password change you write to them on their portal. They took 2 weeks to respond back to me with a password change. They changed it, and the password they gave me doesn't work. When I call their number , I had to hold the call for over 40 mins , when I get to speak to a person on the call they keep transferring calls to different people. I regret asking for a password change , Today marks 18 days with no help from vox ,Just a password reset, Now I cant use my WI-FI .
