Worst customer service. Support team not helpful and was rude. Manager was also not helpful

Vox is the worst service provider. They never communicate whenever their services are down and as a customer have to find out by default. I'm so over them and want to determine my contract with them. The only thing they are good with is monthly debit if the premium and bombating my inbox with promotions. It would be great if they can bombat my inbox with notification that their services will be down.Not even sure what I'm paying for. Worse their support guy, Jonathan was so rude on the call when I told him that they always down. His manager wasnt helpful either except pushing the blame on vumatel. I dont have a contract with vumatel. If they planned maintenance it would be great to let their customers know in advance. So much for marketing themselves as the leading fibre provider.
