Worst customer service from Vox telecom
Vox telecom technical support none responsive! Support service is very poor! The call center is none responsive

17 Nov 2022, 11:49Your service level is worse because you general queries call center is also not helpful - all the do is promise that Brighton Phakati from Tech Support will return my call and nothing happens. I would not recommend any person to utilise Vox Telecoms ever - service level is poor!!!
