Worst customer service!!!!

The service is Terrible:

Our fibre is down and it's been 4 days now. we have called their technical support department over and over again and we were told that a technician was going to come to our facility 2 days ago. Until this day no one has. and when we call they keep dropping the call when we try to express our frustration.
