Worst customer service experience ever

I wish there was a 0 rating. Must be yhe 2 worst isp and finre suppliers in this country. Customer service is non existent on both sides and promises made are not honored. I would advise anyone looking for ISP or fibre to stay far away from VOX and Frogfoot. Even Eskom is more reliable than these guys
