WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!

I have called over 5 times, being on hold for over 20 minutes only to call back and have my call be dropped 3 times after waiting! WHY ARE YOUR STAFF SO ***********??????? When they answer they're having their own conversation in the back and then drop my call. Your staff don't even know how to transfer a call, my gosh never have I received such bad customer service in my life!
