Worst Customer Service Ever

I am a vox customer at Eco Park East and very disappointed with your services,my experience with the company was never good from the beginning as i was mislead by the sales lady called Tshepiso to subscribe with an impression that there will be no installation costs while the account lady by the name of Florah Mathegu decided to suspend accounts whenever she want without notifying customers.The employees in this company are very *********** and do not understand the importance of customer service except JP Duplessis who did everything to help with my subscription

This is the worst internet service company one has ever subscribed with and i don't see it growing beyond what it is today unless it does something with its *********** employees..

I have said my honest truth and it is up to the person responsible to take action or watch Vox Telecom dying a slow death.
