Worst customer service ever

<p>I requested a fibre for home a month ago. The sales people were great and everything was done very quickly. After that everything went down. The starting date of the contract is 1 March. 2 days later and numerous calls and I cannot get through to someone that can tell me when a technician will come out to do the set up. I have spoken to people in Johannesburg and Cape Town. The sales person that was so quick to sell the product said it is not his problem and he is waiting to hear just like me.</p> <p>I am regretting the fact that I signed up with VOX. I hope that this helps someone else not to make the same mistake!</p>
