Worst customer service and experience

Never had such bad customer experience and service in my life.... I was even brought to tears of frustration! No feedback.... can not get hold of anyone, empty promises! And very rude agents. Managers that does not know what they need to do, being transferred from one to another, and then you have to explain again and again your frustration! I am DONE with vox.... you are useless!
