Worst customer service
Been sitting on the phone with their customer service to get my account lifted from suspension after the debited my account then credited it, then needed to pay it again!
I have been sitting on the phone with them for nearly 2 hours and it's not free! And still waiting for someone to answer.
Honestly should have trusted my gut and not signed with them.

Thank you for your patience whilst this matter was being investigated.
In the event of an outstanding account, Vox does notify the customer in advance of the default in payment, notice of intention to suspend the account and confirmation of suspension of said account should the account not have been settled.
Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the billing, arrears and suspension process is included in the Subscriber agreement sent with the Quotation for the services.
Due to necessary changes in the billing environment, your account will only be unsuspended once the payment has been allocated to your account.
A proof of payment or immediate EFT payment will not lift a suspension on your account until the payment has been allocated.
Do note that payments may take up to 24 hours to be allocated to your account.
To avoid unnecessary delays in activation of services, we urge you to make use of the Vox Customer Portal or Vox App to make payments for Cash Accounts.
