Worst Customer Service

Worst service provider in South Africa, I cannot believe that they are still in business with the way that they treat customers. I have been trying for months now to simply transfer an account in my name. I have provided all the necessary documents but to date its still not resolved, I keep following up and I all I get is promises that it be resolved etc. but nothing is ever done.
