WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Sunday 5th February. The house hold decieded to go with Vox because the package offered looked good. The property already has a existing Ont Huawei and Openserve box, so no new installation would be be needed, little did we know. Today is now the 20th February, still no wifi. We have called daily, we have sent mails, we have sent complaints. Constant excuses and 0 solutions. I have even offered to collect the router myself. My sister is 6 months pregnant needing to work from home, who cares right? Well i do and this is unacceptable. We are now entering week 3 and still no idea when it will be resolved. Who ever operates the social media account on facebook has a terrible attitude and should be sent for customer training. If you would like to come sort the installation today, let me know or send me the forms for the account holder to cancel the deal. We would rather sit without a connection than have to beg for 1 more day!!!!
