worst customer service

VOX TELECOM is the WORST ISP EVER!!!!! they dont even have any support system. once my fiber was just not connected, i could not get hold of anyone with the numbers they provide, so my fiber was off the whole day, unlike any other companies vox doesnt even have a support whatsapp group, so believe me you will always be in the dark!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

no idea why the response is so fast when on hello peter, i have emailed the vox team several times, tried to phone, that doesnt work, every answer is the same, " will be in touch soon" as months gone by and still no response. so i will then log a query here as it seems response is faster here. please go have a look at my emails send to help vox email account my email is ***
