Worst customer service

This company is absolutely **********, zero customer service, one spends hours on the phone finishing all their airtime just for the line to go dead, all emails are responded to with an automated reply. Been waiting for almost 2 months for any feedback regarding the activation of my fibre to the home. I would not recommend this company at all!
