Worst customer servi...

Worst customer service ever received my WiFi has been down since last Thursday and has still not been sorted I call in every day to get the same story and I'm being sent around in a circle they sent two technicians out and the issue is still not resolved they don't even have an update from the technician advising what is the fault I had to ask the technician to personally sent it to me hoping I can give it to them so they could resolve the issue I'm paying for a service they are not providing and won't even compensate in anyway for them not being able to resolve the matter I don't recommend vox at all
